Using modern CNC milling machines with vacuum drawing table, we can produce precise, fast and high quality parts of various purposes and complexity from various advertising, construction and engineering plastics such as PMMA, PC, PE, PP, PA6, POM, PET, PTFE, PVC, etc. according to the contour or graphic computer program, We also use special tools and cutting knives to produce polyurethane, rubber and paranitic (sealing sheet) products with sufficiently precise dimensions (+/- 0.5 mm) (with particular emphasis on the production of gaskets of various dimensions). For the production of engineering technical parts, we use only high-quality plastics from certified manufacturers: the plastics are heat-treated, which allows us to ensure dimensional stability. We ensure milling precision by using modern software 3-axis CNC milling machines with vacuum-assisted clamping and various workbenches of different dimensions, the largest of which is 2100×4200 mm. The large size tables allow the milling of large sheets from which large parts, guides or large quantities of smaller parts can be milled in a single working cycle. The milling process produces a smooth, clean, even surface of the workpiece, both externally and in cavities or holes. When milling parts with precise dimensions, an accuracy of +/- 0,05 mm can be achieved, but the accuracy depends strongly on the type of plastic or other material being milled. To ensure the highest possible accuracy of the material to be milled, the materials used for the production of the parts shall be kept at room temperature in the milling room for at least 24 hours before milling begins.
