It is one of the most popular technical plastic machining techniques, allowing the machining of a cylindrical part from both the inside and the outside of the part.
The machining of the outer surfaces is known as lapping and the machining of the inner surfaces as boring. Turning includes grooving, chamfering or chamfering a part, threading, tapping. Turning is mainly used to produce structural parts. Turning various plastics on lathes:

  • For small and one-off orders, we use universal lathes.
  • We produce parts according to the samples and drawings provided.
  • We identify the type of old plastic part, the type of plastic used.
  • If appropriate, we select a plastic suitable for metal replacement.

Plastic polishing

The edges of plastics are polished with a diamond polisher, and hard-to-reach areas of plastics are polished with polishing paste or melted with a special flame torch.
