ESBELT PVC and PU conveyor belts
Base of these belts is constructed of a cord / textile with one or several of its layers coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyurethane (PU). Technologically advanced materials employed for production of belts ensure their rigidity, impact resistance, and burst strength. Available colours are white, green, and blue.
All belts comply with European standards and have certificates approved by the Lithuanian services.
Operating temperature: from – 10 °C to + 90 °C.
PVC belt is resistant to animal and vegetable fats.
PU belt is resistant to all types of fats, friction, and abrasive materials.
Scope of application: these belts are widely used for all industries and agriculture, transportation of various products: in bread bakeries, culinary, confectionery, fish preparation, wood processing workshops, tobacco product lines, and etc.
Belts may be cut and connected according to dimensions provided by the customer. If it is impossible to place the connected belt on the installation, connection shall be performed at customer’s company premises.
