• Advice on material selection and suitability for the conditions.
• If appropriate, we select a plastic suitable for metal replacement.

Turning is one of the most popular techniques for producing structural parts.

This technology allows you to machine a cylindrical part from both the inside and the outside. Turning includes grooving, chamfering or chamfering a part, threading, tapping.

For small and one-off orders, we use universal lathes. We turn a wide range of shaft-type parts, various bushings, including helical bushes. Maximum part diameter up to 300 mm.

Larger and larger quantities are made on cnc machines. Cnc machines cut and mill both sheet materials and parts of various shapes and dimensions.
Milling produces a wide range of body parts, guides, slides, etc. Maximum part height up to 150 mm, dimensions 2000×4000 mm
